   • The total list is calculated at today’s gold prices.

”She Took It When Leaving” Default

If the woman leaves the house normally, the court assumes she took her jewelry (personal items) with her.

• To Win: The woman must prove she was forced out (kicked out violently) and didn’t have the chance to take the gold.
• A Police Report or Witness statements about violence/eviction are crucial here.
