Citation & Reference Policy

Our standards for citing official sources, statutory regulations, and legal precedents.

1. Approved Government Portals Only

Outgoing links inside our articles are strictly limited. External URLs are exclusively restricted to approved government domains (.gov.tr, .org.tr) such as mevzuat.gov.tr or resmigazete.gov.tr. Commercial directories or blogs are never cited.

2. Copyright Protection

We forbid copying articles or guides from competitor law firms. Sourced materials must represent original analysis, synthesized directly from primary legal codes and anonymized court verdicts.

3. Source Verification Levels

Citations inside our monorepo include structured `sourceConfidence` flags. Statutory texts (Acts, Regulations) hold absolute priority, followed by Supreme Court rulings, and lastly ministry circulars.
