Legal Review Policy
Our guidelines for verifying and updating legal information based on changes to statutes and court precedents.
1. Periodic Stale Audits (Content Decay)
Law is a dynamic and constantly changing field. Sourced legal publications on this site undergo currency checks (Stale Check) every 90 days for high-frequency areas (criminal, enforcement, and rental) and 120-180 days for other practice areas.
2. Review Timestamp and Version History
Each reviewed article displays its last legal review date (lastLegalReviewedAt). If a review results in a substantive edit, the document version increases, automatically marking the English translation as stale to prompt sync updates.
3. Scope of Liability
Despite rigorous legal auditing, every case has unique facts. Sourced articles do not form a binding lawyer-client relationship. E-signatures and official intake forms should be used to initiate a formal case review.
