Payment methods
- Online card collection is currently closed; the service fee is confirmed by the lawyer's quote.
- Requests that need lawyer review proceed through a quote workflow.
- The amount, scope and contract steps are shown separately before any payment.
Fees and scope
- Service or subscription fees are shown with the selected scope before payment.
- Tax, commission or manually reviewed items are stated separately in the checkout flow.
- Court fees, notary costs and third-party expenses outside the service scope are assessed separately.
Invoice and delivery
- Billing details are taken from the billing profile in portal settings.
- Digital service delivery happens through portal messages, the documents area or registered email.
- Service start is tracked in the portal after payment confirmation and file acceptance checks.
Card payments will run through iyzico (Visa / Mastercard). Online card collection is currently closed; requests continue through the quote flow.
Cancellation, refund and disputes
You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. On withdrawal, payment is refunded by the same payment method within 14 days of your notice reaching the office. If you separately approve starting the service before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the lawyer actually starts the service. Details are in the distance sales agreement and the pre-information form.
